SECTION 1 – DIGITAL RECORDINGS<\/p>\n

Art. 1. Recordings in digital format (webinars, seminars, course modules, conferences) represent
digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium. Amounts paid through the https:\/\/srimed.ro website and the associated subdomains for these products are not refundable, according to the legal provisions of GEO 34\/2014, art.16, letter m and OG 130\/2000 with subsequent amendments.
Art. 2. By accepting the purchase terms and conditions, the customer confirms that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right to return the products.<\/p>\n

SECTION 2 – EVENTS WITH A PHYSICAL OR ONLINE PRESENCE<\/p>\n

Art. 3. Amounts paid as an advance for events. In the case of amounts paid as an advance for participation in physical or online events organized by the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics, after 14 calendar days from making the payment, if the customer requests withdrawal, the amounts are not refundable. However, they may be credited for participation
at subsequent events or to purchase digital recordings.<\/p>\n

Art. 4. Event participation fee. For amounts paid in full as a participation fee for events with a physical or online presence, the return is possible within the limit of 50% of the value of the fee, only if the request is made before the deadline set by the organizer. This term is specified in the description of events on the website https:\/\/srimed.ro and associated subdomains.
Art. 5. If the return request is made after the deadline set by the supplier, the amount paid cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

SECTION 3 – MEMBERSHIP FEE<\/p>\n

Art. 6. The membership fee represents the financial contribution for acquiring and maintaining membership of the Romanian Medical Informatics Society. This covers administrative costs and access to membership benefits (resources, information, discounts, event participation, etc.).
Art. 7. The membership fee paid is not refundable, regardless of the time of the request to withdraw from membership.
Art. 8. If a person decides to renounce membership before the expiration of the period for which he paid the fee, he will not be able to request the refund of the amounts already paid.
Art. 9. Renewal of membership is carried out by paying the annual fee according to the amount established and published on the page https:\/\/membership.srimed.ro<\/p>\n

SECTION 4 – ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS<\/p>\n

Art. 10. In any of the above situations (Art. 3 and 4), the customer has the option to request the crediting of the amounts paid for their own participation in a future event or for the purchase of other products\/services from the https:\/\/srimed.ro website and associated subdomains.<\/p>\n

Art. 11. Also, the fees for participating in an event can be transferred to another person who meets the eligibility conditions, only with the written consent of the organizer.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 1 – \u00ceNREGISTR\u0102RILE DIGITALE<\/p>\n

Art. 1. \u00cenregistr\u0103rile \u00een format digital (webinarii, seminare, module de curs, conferin\u021be) reprezint\u0103
con\u021binut digital care nu este livrat pe un suport material. Sumele achitate prin intermediul website-ului https:\/\/srimed.ro \u0219i a subdomeniilor asociate, pentru aceste produse nu sunt rambursabile, conform prevederilor legale din OUG 34\/2014, art.16, lit.m \u0219i OG 130\/2000 cu modific\u0103rile ulterioare.
Art. 2. Prin acceptarea termenilor \u0219i condi\u021biilor de achizi\u021bie, clientul confirm\u0103 c\u0103 a luat cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i va pierde dreptul la returnarea produselor.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 2 – EVENIMENTE CU PREZEN\u021a\u0102 FIZIC\u0102 SAU ONLINE<\/p>\n

Art. 3. Sume achitate ca avans pentru evenimente. \u00cen cazul sumelor achitate ca avans pentru participarea la evenimentele cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 sau online organizate de Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103, dup\u0103 14 zile calendaristice de la efectuarea pl\u0103\u021bii, dac\u0103 clientul solicit\u0103 retragerea, sumele nu sunt returnabile. Totu\u0219i, acestea pot fi creditate pentru participarea
la evenimente ulterioare sau pentru achizi\u021bionarea de \u00eenregistr\u0103ri digitale.<\/p>\n

Art. 4. Taxa de participare la evenimente. Pentru sumele achitate integral ca tax\u0103 de participare la evenimentele cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 sau online, returnarea este posibil\u0103 \u00een limita a 50% din contravaloarea taxei, doar dac\u0103 cererea este efectuat\u0103 \u00eenainte de termenul limit\u0103 stabilit de organizator. Acest termen este specificat \u00een descrierea evenimentelor de pe website-ul https:\/\/srimed.ro \u0219i a subdomeniilor asociate.
Art. 5. Dac\u0103 solicitarea de returnare este f\u0103cut\u0103 dup\u0103 data limit\u0103 stabilit\u0103 de furnizor, suma achitat\u0103 nu mai poate fi returnat\u0103.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 3 – TAXA DE MEMBRU<\/p>\n

Art. 6. Taxa de membru reprezint\u0103 contribu\u021bia financiar\u0103 pentru dob\u00e2ndirea \u0219i men\u021binerea calit\u0103\u021bii de membru al Societ\u0103\u021bii Rom\u00e2ne de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103. Aceasta acoper\u0103 costuri administrative \u0219i accesul la beneficiile aferente statutului de membru (resurse, inform\u0103ri, reduceri, particip\u0103ri la evenimente etc.).
Art. 7. Taxa de membru achitat\u0103 nu este rambursabil\u0103, indiferent de momentul solicit\u0103rii de retragere din calitatea de membru.
Art. 8. \u00cen cazul \u00een care o persoan\u0103 decide s\u0103 renun\u021be la calitatea de membru \u00eenainte de expirarea perioadei pentru care a achitat taxa, aceasta nu va putea solicita restituirea sumelor deja achitate.
Art. 9. Re\u00eennoirea calit\u0103\u021bii de membru se realizeaz\u0103 prin achitarea taxei anuale conform cuantumului stabilit \u0219i publicat pe pagina https:\/\/membership.srimed.ro<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 4 – OP\u021aIUNI ALTERNATIVE<\/p>\n

Art. 10. \u00cen oricare dintre situa\u021biile de mai sus (Art. 3 \u0219i 4), clientul are op\u021biunea de a solicita creditarea sumelor achitate pentru participarea proprie la un eveniment viitor sau pentru achizi\u021bia altor produse\/ servicii de pe website-ul https:\/\/srimed.ro \u0219i a subdomeniilor asociate.<\/p>\n

Art. 11. De asemenea, taxele de participare la un eveniment pot fi transferate c\u0103tre o alt\u0103 persoan\u0103 care \u00eendepline\u0219te condi\u021biile de eligibilitate, doar cu acordul scris al organizatorului.<\/p>\n
