Art. 1. This website is operated by the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics. By accessing, visiting, requesting and using the website https:\/\/srimed.ro and associated subdomains, as well as the services made available to you, as a user, you explicitly express your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use. Thus, the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics offers through this website to all interested persons all the information, tools and services available on this website, conditional on the users’ acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notifications mentioned in this section.
Art. 2. Terms such as “service”\/”services” used in this section refer to the possibility offered through the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics to members, doctors, visitors, participants to register and pay the membership fee, event fee, donations, or other service fees to the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics. These terms also refer to the technical tools made available to users of our website for carrying out the previously mentioned consultation and ordering actions.

SECTION 5 – THE SERVICES OF THE ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF MEDICAL INFORMATICS<\/p>\n

Art. 47. To the extent that certain provisions of this section are found to be unclear, they will be interpreted in favor of the obligee.<\/p>\n

SECTION 18 – APPLICABLE LAW. COMPETENT COURTS<\/p>\n

Art. 48. This agreement is governed by the legal provisions applicable on the territory of Romania. Any dispute arising from relations with the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics and users will be settled by the competent courts within the headquarters of the Romanian Society of Medical Informatics.<\/p>\n

Nu ave\u021bi voie s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi serviciile noastre \u00een scopuri ilegale sau neautorizate \u0219i nici nu ave\u021bi voie, \u00een utilizarea Societ\u0103\u021bii Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lca\u021bi normele legale aplicabile pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei sau pe teritoriul statului \u00een care v\u0103 afla\u021bi la momentul acces\u0103rii website-ului (inclusiv, dar f\u0103r\u0103 a se limita la legile privind drepturile de autor).

Art. 34. \u00cen cazul \u00een care constat\u0103m \u00eenc\u0103lcarea acestor dispozi\u021bii, ne rezerv\u0103m dreptul de a v\u0103 limita utilizarea Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103 sau a oric\u0103rui alt website conex pentru care de\u021binem acest drept de restric\u021bionare.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 13 – RENUN\u021aAREA LA GARAN\u021aII. LIMITAREA R\u0102SPUNDERII<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 14 – DESP\u0102GUBIRI<\/p>\n

Art. 40. Pentru daunele cauzate website-ului https:\/\/srimed.ro prin acte care contravin aspectelor prev\u0103zute \u00een cuprinsul prezentei sec\u021biuni ve\u021bi fi obligat la plata unor desp\u0103gubiri, \u00een raport cu prejudiciile aduse Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 15 – INFORM\u0102RI PERIODICE<\/p>\n

Art. 41. Datele dumneavoastr\u0103 cu caracter personal prev\u0103zute \u00een cuprinsul prezentei sec\u021biuni precum \u0219i \u00een sec\u021biunea Politica de confiden\u021bialitate privind datele personale pot fi folosite de c\u0103tre Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103 pentru a transmite utilizatorilor s\u0103i informa\u021bii cu titlu general despre serviciile disponibile \u0219i alte aspecte aflate \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu activitatea specific\u0103 a website-ului https:\/\/srimed.ro.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 16 – REZILIERE<\/p>\n

Art. 46. Drepturile recunoscute prin intermediul unor acte normative, dar care nu se reg\u0103sesc men\u021bionate \u00een cuprinsul prezentei sec\u021biuni pot fi exercitate de titularul lor, \u00een acord cu prevederile din actele normative respective, f\u0103r\u0103 a putea considera aceast\u0103 omisiune ca o renun\u021bare la aceste drepturi.
Art. 47. \u00cen m\u0103sura \u00een care se constat\u0103 faptul c\u0103 anumite prevederi din cuprinsul prezentei sec\u021biuni sunt neclare, acestea se vor interpreta \u00een favoarea celui care se oblig\u0103.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 18 – LEGEA APLICABIL\u0102. INSTAN\u021aE COMPETENTE<\/p>\n

Art. 48. Prezentul acord este guvernat de dispozi\u021biile legale aplicabile pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei. Orice litigiu care se na\u0219te din raporturile cu Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103 \u0219i utilizatori vor fi solu\u021bionate de instan\u021bele competente din raza sediului Societ\u0103\u021bii Rom\u00e2ne de Informatic\u0103 Medical\u0103.<\/p>\n

SEC\u021aIUNEA 19 – MODIFIC\u0102RI ALE CONDI\u021aIILOR DE SERVICIU<\/p>\n

Art. 49. Pute\u021bi consulta \u00een orice moment cea mai recent\u0103 versiune a Termenilor \u0219i condi\u021biilor de utilizare \u00een aceast\u0103 pagin\u0103.
Art. 50.
