Mr. Dan Cîmpeanu has 25+ years of experience in cybersecurity, strategy, policy, risk management, audit, and compliance in Brussels, Bucharest, and internationally. He led professional teams supporting European Institutions, governments, and corporates businesses in implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, or operational and technical measures. In November 2021 he was appointed as The Director of the National Cyber Security Directorate, by decision of the Romanian Prime-Minister. Dan is management board member of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), in addition to several other roles at the level of Romanian and European level.

Vincenzo Della Mea is a professor of Information Processing Systems. His research interests focus on medical informatics, particularly digital pathology, biomedical classifications and ontologies, and the application of machine learning to medicine. M.D. Ion Gheorghe Petrovai is a medical doctor, marketer, community leader, and business development consultant with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in multinational healthcare companies before moving into entrepreneurship.
Since 2016, he has dedicated his work to transforming healthcare through innovation. As Co-Founder and Director of Innovation at FreshBlood HealthTech, he supports startups and pioneering health technology projects across Romania and the wider region.
M.D. Petrovai is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Public Health at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and Ecosystem Development Director at HIVE - Health Innovation Center. He also serves as a business development consultant for tech-driven healthcare initiatives.
He is a Starship Biodesign Fellow of EIT Health (since 2017), as well as an active angel investor and startup advisor, contributing to the growth of the health innovation ecosystem.
