Mrs. Flaviana Rotaru is the President of ROHEALTH, a GOLD Standard Health and Bioeconomy cluster in Romania, and also the coordinator of MEDRO, the Romanian Network of Clusters in the medical field. Her expertise includes public funding policies, business development, research and innovation, and refundable and non-refundable funds in the health sector. Mrs. Rotaru is currently the member of the Advisory College for Research-Development and Innovation, Life Science Committee of the Ministry of Research Innovation and Digitalization Romania and is actively involved in promoting the Romanian innovators at international level. Besides covering as expertise the entire value chain from idea to the market, ROHEALTH cluster is known also for the unique BEHEALTH international event featuring funding panels and panels on education for health, hospitals from home, clusters for health, social responsibility for health, health policies and infrastructures, and bioeconomy for health

Débora Gil is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and a senior researcher at the Computer Vision Center (CVC), where she leads the Interactive and Augmented Modelling (IAM) group. Her research focuses on computer vision and image analysis for biomedical applications, with an emphasis on model-based methods for diagnostic and interventional support systems.

Vincenzo Della Mea is a professor of Information Processing Systems. His research interests focus on medical informatics, particularly digital pathology, biomedical classifications and ontologies, and the application of machine learning to medicine. Ciprian Dobre, Vice-Rector and Professor of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, has extensive contributions in computer science and digital innovation. Ciprian plays a pivotal role in managing research and quality assurance at the university, where he teaches courses on "Parallel and Distributed Algorithms," "Cloud Computing," or "Dependable Systems," shaping the next generation of computer science and engineering students. As the Coordinator of the Pervasive Services and Products Laboratory (MobyLab), his work is deeply rooted in exploring the intersection of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Compute Continuum, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Urban Technologies.

M.D. Ion Gheorghe Petrovai is a medical doctor, marketer, community leader, and business development consultant with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in multinational healthcare companies before moving into entrepreneurship.
Since 2016, he has dedicated his work to transforming healthcare through innovation. As Co-Founder and Director of Innovation at FreshBlood HealthTech, he supports startups and pioneering health technology projects across Romania and the wider region.
M.D. Petrovai is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Public Health at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and Ecosystem Development Director at HIVE - Health Innovation Center. He also serves as a business development consultant for tech-driven healthcare initiatives.
He is a Starship Biodesign Fellow of EIT Health (since 2017), as well as an active angel investor and startup advisor, contributing to the growth of the health innovation ecosystem.

Ph.D. Dănuț Mafter, Senior Expert in Cybersecurity Policies, Strategies and Cooperation, has been working for over four years within the National Cybersecurity Directorate (DNSC – a specialized body of the central public administration with legal personality, under the coordination of the Prime Minister of Romania). He graduated from the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy in Bucharest and holds the title of Doctor in Public Order and National Security. With over 30 years in government administration, he has been involved in foreign policy, diplomacy, cyber diplomacy, digital affairs, cybersecurity, national/international security, education and international relations.
